Day08 Week1

I weighed in at 165.8 lbs. this morning from a 166.2 lbs. last week.  This past week, P90X2 kicked my butt! I can already tell that the first phase will be focusing on core, not really the traditional lifting weights, yet.

I would recommend P90X2 to everyone because its a lot more easier, funner, and shorter than P90X. Easier and shorter, but the workouts focus more on hitting multiple areas...kinda like crossfit.

  1. Good Jaerb!!! I like how P90X 2 is shorter than the first and you said funner! I like the core synergistics of P90X, I thought that was fun... is it kinda like that?? Well, if it's anything like crossfit then it must be good because I know a lot of people that lost so much weight doing that :) hip hooray for you and see ya tonight!!! Don't work too hard please :D

  2. Yah, Phase1 is like core syn., but it also includes Plyocide, which consists of plyometrics and cardio :) Also, the yoga is only an hour compared to the 2 hours in the regular P90X, which I always dreaded. And, I like that Ab Ripper X is only once a week in Phase1 :)

    I don't know if I'm planning to lose plenty of weight, I just want to be super fit to get a 270 on my PT test.

    Just remember to 'Do your best, and forget the rest!'
