Day16 Week2

I did better on the workouts than my first week. However, I did poorly on my diet :( Although I drank and ate a lot this past week, I didn't gain too much weight.  I weighed in at 167.4 lbs.

This upcoming week, I will try to watch what I eat, and try not to eat too late at night.

Here are my Day0 pics @ 166.8 lbs and Day16 pics @ 167.4 lbs.  Not much difference but, my back looks like it's taking a beating.  The workouts in phase1 are more core and balance, so my arms and shoulders look the same.  However, I feel like my core is a bit stronger, a bit more flexible, and my legs have endurance:

Day08 Week1

I weighed in at 165.8 lbs. this morning from a 166.2 lbs. last week.  This past week, P90X2 kicked my butt! I can already tell that the first phase will be focusing on core, not really the traditional lifting weights, yet.

I would recommend P90X2 to everyone because its a lot more easier, funner, and shorter than P90X. Easier and shorter, but the workouts focus more on hitting multiple areas...kinda like crossfit.

Day01

Today, was my first day of P90X2.  The first workout was called, "X2 CORE," which focused on core.  The workout altogether wasn't as tough as I thought it would be, but I feel like I got a very good workout.  The workout utilized the stability ball and medicine ball, which is absolutely foreign to me.  Maybe that's what I need.
