Day01

Today, was my first day of P90X2.  The first workout was called, "X2 CORE," which focused on core.  The workout altogether wasn't as tough as I thought it would be, but I feel like I got a very good workout.  The workout utilized the stability ball and medicine ball, which is absolutely foreign to me.  Maybe that's what I need.
